Montreal Group LLC (previously named as Montreal Building Design Management Consultancy) is incorporated as limited liability company under the companies regulations in Qatar Financial Center (QFC Lic. No. 00983). As provided in the License Certificate, pursuant to its powers under Article 11(1) of the Qatar Financial Centre Law the Qatar Financial Centre Authority has granted Montreal Group LLC a License to carry on the sustainability scope of work. Montreal Group LLC is registered GSAS Service Provider (Global Sustainability Assessment System, Qatar) and a member of USGBC (United States Green Building Council) dedicated to provide customer satisfaction to various green building certifications under LEED Rating System (USA scheme) and GSAS System. (Qatar scheme) and Estidama Pearl Rating System (Abu Dhabi, UAE scheme).
